Great place with great wi-fi, free parking, and friendly staff. They helped with technical issues on my first stay, which I really appreciated. I'll be back for X-Mas!

We had a great stay! The room was super clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Plus, the location was close to plenty of attractions, and it was easy to get to major routes.

I had a fantastic stay at Microtel Inn & Suites By Wyndham Mason! The room was spacious and well-kept, which made for a comfortable retreat after a busy day. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Kings Island and surrounded by great dining options. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

However, the bathroom cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I found used towels in the restroom, and the shower drain was clogged with hair. The overall cleanliness could definitely be improved. It felt a bit like the space was neglected, and I noticed some old fixtures and furniture. Breakfast options were pretty basic with just a couple of cereals and some bagels. And the fluorescent lighting in the room felt harsh—I prefer a cozier ambiance. Overall, the room had potential for a comfortable stay, but more attention to cleanliness and modern amenities would make a big difference.
